FACILITY MANAGER

Job Description

In this role, in coordination with all the departments of the company, you will be responsible to ensure the proper functioning of our offices and laboratories environment in a safe and regulatory compliant manner. You will report to the Director, Head of Finance & Operations

Your responsibilities will include:

  • real estate management
  • work space management
  • business continuity and risk management
  • security management
  • office procurement, maintenance, logistics and travels
  • fleet management
  • health & safety

QUALIFICATIONS

Education 

Bachelor or Master degree in Facility Management or Industrial Engineering

Competences/skills 
  • You have at least 5 years of industry experience
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • You are able to quickly adapt to new situations
  • You have excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills
  • You have strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • You are execution oriented and results driven
  • You have superior written and presentation communication skills
